I researched customer feedback, community posts, requested features and public roadmaps—especially the useful requests companies could not prioritise. Then I turned those signals into models, boundaries and working products with applied AI.
Mycel is the enterprise layer. Charter is the project and PMO system. Weaveplane sits between specialist tools to keep coordination governed. They remain independent products, but their data and decisions can align.
